Parque Dénia is located on the Costa Blanca of Spain, on the road from Dénia to Jávea, just 500 meters from the sea, right at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park and very close to the Cabo de San Antonio Marine Reserve.

It is a two-story semi-detached bungalow with capacity for 6 people. On the ground floor there is the American kitchen, a toilet, the living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a terrace. And the first floor has two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), a terrace and a full bathroom.

The townhouses are located right above the complex's pools and are fully furnished and equipped. They have cleaning service twice a week. The maintenance fee is € 420 per year in quarterly installments of € 105 (per week).
